We expect the exchange to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The items must be in an unused condition and original packing.

The Stones used in our jewellery are mostly translucent and allow a certain amount of light to pass. Due to this, a certain jewellery piece may appear slightly dark or light from the original shade. We try our best to provide real pics of jewellery. Till date, almost all our jewellery pics are from our mobile cameras without any filter settings.
Although we take outmost care to prepare our jewellery to endure normal shocks/falls and ensure best packaging, we have witnessed 1-2 % cases of damaged shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. For such cases please inform us within 24 Hours. After understanding your issue we will guide you for further processing. First step would be to replace for the same piece, if available. If not available then you may choose another item of same price or will be provided price coupon of the same amount for future purchase.

Although it has been a rarity with us, of course, these beautiful objects are as delicate and fragile. These need to be handled with care. We are always at your disposal and ready to help. Due to non-availability of return order shipping facility for international Orders, the customer has to pay any return shipping cost from outside India. Customer can send it to our address (see contact us section). Also, Cost of sending exchange product back again has to be taken care of by Customer.
