2. Any order booked will be checked for ready stock. If all the items are ready then the package will be dispatched within 2 days.

3. For any items not ready will require a making time of minimum 15-20 days and the customer will be notified at the time of order dispatch. Making time may be shorter or longer in few cases, though we strive to dispatch as soon as possible.

4. For international orders, the customs fees may or may not be applicable and the customer will be liable to pay in case.

5. Shipping fees within India is free while for international orders it is payable as per package load/weight and Country and will be applied automatically while confirming the order.

6. For Polish to be long-lasting please keep this jewellery wrapped in cotton in a plastic box or box provided by us. The velvet box is strictly No No. Save this jewellery from perfume, soap, water, long time air exposure etc.

7. For return in India, the customer has to inform us on +91-6397303178 or +91-7893969429 through call/WhatsApp with acceptable justification/valid reason within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

8. For return for international order, the customer has to inform us (+91-6397303178 / husaindabeer@gmail.com) with acceptable justification/valid reason within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The customer has to dispatch return order within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Customer is liable to pay the shipping fees and will be deducted from the amount that needs to be returned.
